FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs)

Why is AMC Training & Consulting closing? A business decision has been made to cease operations of AMC Training & Consulting (RTO 32129). The RTO will officially close on 31 August 2026.

What does this mean for my training? Our priority is to support all current students to successfully complete their qualification wherever possible before our closure date.

Can I still complete my qualification? Yes. We are committed to assisting current students to complete their training before 31 August 2026 wherever possible.

What additional support is available? We have introduced additional catch-up and tutoring sessions to assist students with outstanding learning and assessment requirements, and these will be held during Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 3.00pm.

What if I can’t complete by 31 August 2026? If you are unable to complete your qualification before our closure, we will discuss your individual options with you. Where eligible, you will receive a Statement of Attainment for all units of competency you have successfully completed.

How do I continue my studies with another RTO? Students wishing to continue their qualification with another RTO can search for training providers through the Queensland Government | Queensland Skills Gateway.

Will my completed units be recognised? Yes. Where eligible, you will receive a Statement of Attainment for completed units, which may be used when applying for Credit Transfer with another RTO.

Will my work placement continue? Yes. Current workplace placements will continue wherever possible, and we will continue to support both students and placement providers throughout the teach-out period.

Will I still receive my qualification? Students who successfully complete all qualification requirements before the closure date will receive their qualification in the usual manner.

Can I withdraw from my course? Yes. If you no longer wish to continue your studies with AMC Training & Consulting, please contact us to discuss your options.

What happens to my student records? Student records will continue to be managed in accordance with legislative and regulatory requirements. Records will be securely retained after the closure of AMC Training & Consulting.

I have already completed my qualification. Will I still be able to request a replacement certificate? Yes. Students requiring replacement qualifications or Statement of Attainment after the closure should contact us using the above details above for further assistance.
